Chapter 2: Don't Forget To Tell Him About Me
I revisit the loss of my father, an unsettling encounter with a medium, and the unexpected ways his memory began resurfacing through my son. What started as an uncomfortable confrontation with the past became a journey through childhood, guilt, and the things we inherit beyond possessions. Sometimes moving forward means finding our way back.

Chapter 1: Microscopic Versions of Trauma
Grief doesn't always arrive as loss. Sometimes it lives quietly in the body, waiting for something to bring it to the surface. In Chapter 1, Microscopic Versions of Grief, I reflect on motherhood, childhood trauma, and the discovery of toxic mold in our family home. What began as a fight to reclaim our health became an unexpected reckoning with guilt, safety, memory, and the invisible threads connecting our past to our present.
