Nurture the Mothers (4th Monday Circle)

Hosted by Bianca Paredes, one of our very own OSK group leaders, doula, prenatal coach, and professional witness to the chaos and glory of motherhood.

This gathering is a space for mothers and mamas-to-be to take a deep breath—to be seen, be heard, and feel a deeper connection with the women in our Ocean State Kids community. Each gathering (90 glorious minutes!) includes a calming guided meditation, gentle journaling prompts, and the chance to share—or simply sit in silence without being responsible for anyone else.

Each circle centers around a theme that’s thought-provoking and undeniably relatable—whether you're riding high on connection or quietly unraveling over the lack of sleep.

What To Expect:

• Real talk with real women

• Authentic connection

• A little release (emotionally, energetically… possibly through snacks)

• And some soul-filling quality time with your people

  
  

Bianca brings over 10 years of experience holding space for women, with a gift for creating a vibe that feels like a total reset for your spirit. These groups will be only $10.00 and exclusively available to only members of Ocean State Kids. To keep conversations and connections manageable, there will be a limit of 10 people.

Drop the tiny people off and don’t even bother showering. Come as you are—that’s the uniform.
