Details:
- somewhere in newport county, east bay, tiverton, etc. she works in bristol, so somewhere with decent commute.
- Her family home was damaged in a house fire, so they have a rental stipend of $3,500-$5,000 per month depending on furnish status.
- They are looking for a flexible lease, 6 months would be the goal, all depending on when their home would be available for occupancy
- any number of rooms will do, as she will be flexible out of the sake of urgency and limited inventory
- No pets
- Move in ASAP
