Starting in November, join MF Training on Thursdays from 11:00–12:00 pm for a one-hour small group personal training session designed especially for mothers and caregivers—and the best part? Carrier-age kids are welcome. This invitation is about pushing forward and building the kind of strength it takes to carry more than most people could ever imagine.


Any child who isn’t crawling yet can stay close while you lift, move, and recharge. This isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about carving out space where you can show up fully for yourself without stepping away from them. No pretending this isn’t hard—just a weekly reminder that you deserve to be as strong as you already act every single day.

  • Just 6 spots per class for personalized support & modifications

  • Your first class is always free—come see how good it feels

  • Build strength, confidence, well-being, and maybe release a little righteous rage alongside other moms

  • Located in Tiverton so you don’t have to step far from your rhythm of care

All of this—because strong mothers make for steady branches where children can feel safe to climb.  If you’re ready to start moving before November, MF Training runs sessions 6 days a week.

I’m Melanie Ferreira, owner and head coach of MF Training — a boutique strength studio in Tiverton built on the belief that strength creates happiness. After more than eight years of coaching, I founded MF Training because I was tired of watching people cycle through programs that never stuck. Too many gyms treat members like numbers, chasing quick fixes instead of real growth. I wanted to build something different — a space where people could learn, lift, and discover what their bodies are capable of. Through science-based, functional training, I help individuals build lasting strength that supports them for life.
