Something new is happening this fall — The Mother Load: Strength Training for Mothers
And let me just say...
...my relationship with fitness has seriously changed since becoming a mom. Before, I went to the gym to sharpen my thirst-trappin’ abilities, and basically just look good naked. Now? Totally different game.
Now I go to the gym to be on the receiving end of care—to take one hour for me. To get strong enough to hoist my 65 lb son without blowing out my back. To be able to sit on the floor without feeling like I need a crane to get back up. And, honestly? To let out the kind of rage that only piles of laundry and bedtime battles can create.
That’s why I’m so excited MF Training is opening this class just for us—moms & caregivers with carrier-age babes. (She also has other classes if you prefer to go alone)
It’s about strength that actually matters in real life (because Otto doesn't care if I my butt is lifted, but he definitely cares if I can hold his feet as he practices the monkey bars).
🌿 ABOUT The Mother Load 🌿
Since you already carry the weight of the entire household on your back...
...MF Training is creating space just for you—because when mothers and caregivers feel physically strong, grounded, and cared for, your family and community thrive together.
Starting in November, join MF Training on Thursdays from 11:00–12:00 pm for a one-hour small group personal training session designed especially for mothers and caregivers—and the best part? Carrier-age kids are welcome. This invitation is about pushing forward and building the kind of strength it takes to carry more than most people could ever imagine.
Any child who isn’t crawling yet can stay close while you lift, move, and recharge. This isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about carving out space where you can show up fully for yourself without stepping away from them. No pretending this isn’t hard—just a weekly reminder that you deserve to be as strong as you already act every single day.
✨ Details:
Just 6 spots per class for personalized support & modifications
Your first class is always free—come see how good it feels
Build strength, confidence, well-being, and maybe release a little righteous rage alongside other moms
Located in Tiverton so you don’t have to step far from your rhythm of care
All of this—because strong mothers make for steady branches where children can feel safe to climb. 🌳💪 If you’re ready to start moving before November, MF Training runs sessions 6 days a week.
