OUTDOOR CLASSROOM CERTIFICATION Execute an Outdoor Classroom Teacher Certification for all group leaders & introduced a structured training program to empower more parents to lead outdoor learning programs in their own communities.
BRICK + MORTAR BUSINESS PLAN Develop a strategic plan to establish a permanent home for Ocean State Kids, serving as a central hub for programming, resources, and community engagement.
EXPAND PARENT RESOURCES Provide workshops, guides, and online resources focused on strength-based parenting, outdoor education, and homeschooling.
NEURODIVERSE OPPORTUNITIES Develop more inclusive programming that integrates sensory-friendly activities, structured nature play, and educational workshops on how nature benefits neurodiverse learners.
