Hosted by Bianca Paredes, one of our very own OSK group leaders, doula, prenatal coach, and professional witness to the chaos and glory of motherhood.
This gathering is a space for mothers and mamas-to-be to take a deep breath—to be seen, be heard, and feel a deeper connection with the women in our Ocean State Kids community. Each gathering (90 glorious minutes!) includes a calming guided meditation, gentle journaling prompts, and the chance to share—or simply sit in silence without being responsible for anyone else.
Each circle centers around a theme that’s thought-provoking and undeniably relatable—whether you're riding high on connection or quietly unraveling over the lack of sleep.

Bianca brings over 10 years of experience holding space for women, with a gift for creating a vibe that feels like a total reset for your spirit.
These groups will be only $10.00/month and exclusively available to only members of Ocean State Kids. You can either lock-in your seat with the monthly re-occurring payment, or just drop-in ($15)
To keep conversations and connections manageable, there will be a limit of 10 people.
Drop the tiny people off and don’t even bother showering. Come as you are—that’s the uniform.
